To the masses of the patient Sudanese people, women and men, young and old, we are now looking forward to a new era; the era of the voice of the people and their authority, with the charter of the people’s authority, which will be the era of getting out of the darkness, today we have begun to complete the journey of drawing the victory painting.
Our Noble People:
We, the Khartoum State Resistance Committees, invite you to join us in the “Millions-march of the Charter for the Establishment of People’s Authority” marching towards the Republican Palace on Monday, February 28, in which we challenge the executioner with the weapon of our nonviolence and write history with our steadfastness and unity, enlightened and guided by the light of our martyrs on their way to overthrow the cruel and fateful regime.
The assembly points and processions track will be as follows:

Procession Track: toward the republican palace
Bahri City:
Assembly Points:
- South, North, Central and Rural Bahri neighborhoods:
Assembly Point: Laffat Juba
Assembly Time: 12:00 P.M.
Procession Track: head south from the assembly point toward Al Muassasa, Bahri.
- East Bahri Neighborhoods:
Assembly Point: Al Krain Stop
Assembly Time: 12:00 P.M.
Procession Track: West to Al Muassasa.
All processions meet at the intersection of Al Muassasa, then head south on Al Mauna Street toward Ahmed Gasim Stop => then west toward Al Bayt Al Souri => and move on Al Sayed Ali Street to the containers bridge crossing to the palace of fools.
Sharg Al Nil Neighborhoods:-

Procession Track: East then North to the palace street.
El Hajj Yousif Neighborhoods:-
Assembly Point: Bashdar

Procession Track: North toward the palace street.
Omdurman City:-
Assembly Point: Bashdar
Assembly Time: 12:00 P.M.
Procession Track: North toward the palace street.
All processions start to move at 1:00 P.M.
All processions retreat from the republican palace at 5:00 P.M.
General Guidlines:-
- When there is clashing, please retreat in groups with each other rather than as individuals to avoid arrests and surveillance.
- Barricading to protect processions
- Monitor and photograph intruders and report to the field committee.
- Do not clash with the regular forces, and in the case of live bullets being used, withdraw immedietly from the lead area and seek cover.
- The procession proceeds behind the banners, and return with the same tracks.
- Peacefulness is our main motto.
